This programme is for new entrants with less than 3 months experience in the TV industry. The scheme offers opportunities to those currently underrepresented in the TV industry, so we are particularly keen to hear from disabled people, anyone who identifies as Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic or from a lower socio-economic background. While getting hands-on experience, you’ll also receive support and training with thinkBIGGER! and a Motion Content Group mentor.
